HALL Road Rangers will be looking for a full 90 minute performance on Tuesday night as NCEL Premier Division main-stays Staveley MW visit Haworth Park.

Rangers were largely comfortable in the first half yesterday as they saw off winless Clipstone, after goals from Danny Norton, and a brace from Danny Chambers in the first half saw them lead 3-0 at the break.

To their credit though Clipstone kept going, and reduced the deficit on 53 minutes before Matthew Hubbard ensured a tense finish in injury time as they were much the better side in the second half.

Rangers held on however to record their fourth win of the season.

They face a Staveley side who they will leapfrog above should Hall Road record another maximum point haul.

Staveley themselves recorded their third away victory of the season, with a 1-0 success at Thackley and ‘The Trojans’ will be looking to cement their place in the top half of the table.
